Customize views in FCPX 10.3's Photo/Audio Browser

Does anyone know how to customize (or hide) what can be seen in the Photo and Audio pane in FCPX 10.3

I'd like to relegate the contents of that pane to work-related folders and/or Photo albums, but I want to do this without having to create another user account on my macbook pro.

I've seen some stuff about creating an alternate iTunes library, but does anyone else have any thoughts/ideas?

Thanks,

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3), 2.6 Ghz i7, 1TB, 16GB Ram, Nvidia

You can navigate and select whatever you have setup in the Photos app (default) iTunes should appear as well if it's on your Mac:

User uploaded file

Regards audio:

You can setup Genres by going to Mac HD>Library>Audio>Apple Loops>Final Cut Pro Sound Effects.

Placing a folder here will show as a Genre in the FCP X Browser.

Compatible audio in that folder is searchable by using the search feature.

User uploaded file

Click Effects to see a folder list:
