You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum.
If you wish to have a device unlocked from a particular carrier, then you need to contact that carrier to find out if they provide unlocking services and if you qualify. Only the carrier the device is locked to can authorize the unlock. Apple does not unlock phones.
