iforgot.apple.com not working?

My son forgot his apple ID password and got himself locked out of his account. We have tried to reset his account using iforgot.apple.com, but every time we input his (valid) apple ID and hit "Next", it just spins forever and never goes anywhere. I tried this with my apple ID (which I actually know the password for) and had the same problem. We have tried this on 3 different iPhones and my Mac with the same problem. Does anyone know what is going on?
