Can you sell your device or computer to Apple Stores?
I'm thinking about getting rid of my old computers and iPads and getting new ones. Is it possible to sell back devices and/or computers to apple stores?

You can take them to Apple for recycling. They will give you something for them, but not much. Apple does not accept trade-ins nor buy old equipment. Apple does have an iPhone trade-in program: iPhone Trade-in - Apple.
