Strange Extensions In Sierra, do need them can they be removed?

I see the following extensions shown:

Tudou

Youku

Tencent Weibo

Sina Weibo

They appear to copyright, by Apple in 2013. Are they need? Can they be removed? And they seem to be version 1.0 and haven't been updated.

iPad Pro, iOS 10.1.1, Purchased from Verizon 128 GB

No Safari Extensions are required for normal operation, and all of them can cause unexpected behavior. If you don't know what they are, remove them.
