How do I put a phone number on the front display that is shown when phone is locked

I just made a note with my emergency contact information then used that as my lock screen wallpaper. I just remembered that I may have taken a screen shot of it so that I could use it as a wallpaper picture.

I also used a third-party App to annotate my email address and landline phone number on top of my lockscreen photo. You can actually use and App that allows you to write on your Lockscreen image (i.e. Wallpaper)
