Errors 1407,1101,1712,1603 all in a row when trying to reinstall iTunes

First I unistalled iTunes then attempted to reinstall it, when that didnt work I deleted all of my iTunes and iTunes library under my music documents after that I tried to reinstall it one more time and these errors popped up in a row.

1407 Could not get value names for key Net.
1101 Error reading from file C:\Config.Msi\2a1e31.rbs
1712 One or more of the files required to restore your computer to it previous state could not be found. Restoration will not be possible
1603 Fatal error during installation

These four errors keep popping up and I am always on an administrators name and I have Windows XP, how can I resolve this problem and get my iTunes back?

those first three error messages are extraordinarily exotic on an iTunes install. (the last one is pretty much the installer saying "i give up" after having returned those previous three.)

with the 1407, is that the full name of the key that is being cited? are there any back-slahes in there too?
