re Zoom iQ6

hello


i have a zoom iQ6 mic for my SE > the 'handy recorder ' app works when the mic is first plugged in but after it is unplugged/phone turned off and then re plugged in /restarted it does not work >> any ideas ..doesnt seem to be anything about this on the zoom site


ps the app is upside down as well I think ?
