Import pictures from Photos to Aperture

Hi! When I upgraded my Mac to El Capitan I had to go from using Iphoto to Photos. Now I am starting to use Aperture to archive my photos. Somebody told me that since I am now using Photos it will be much more complicated to import my photos to Aperture. But is it still possible to do it - and if it is; how should I do it? Thankful for any help out there! 🙂

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

If the photos are in a Photos Library you can select them in Photos and use the Share menu:

Share > Import to Aperture.

That will add the photos to a new project in your current Aperture Library.
