Why do i get charged 12.99 every month

Inhave pandora for 4.99 and storage for .99 a month amd they always charge 12.99 like if having itunes costed money and i cant change my debit account because than i wont hve pndora the bank denyed it since i authorized so they voth keep telling me call the other and its a long waiting time just so they can tell me call the bank or call apple like if i didnt i dont care for refund i just dont want it to happen again
