We use a web app that on command creates emails to send out to stakeholders.
Since November 2 every time we trigger this command, we get a warning
"This website has been blocked from automatically composing an email." with the options "Ignore" and "Allow".
How can the users allow email creation on the tool's website?

I cannot reproduce this message on Firefox. I am assuming it is Safari specific.
Try going to Safari/Preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Quit Safari, reopen, and see if the website will now load. If so, enable extensions one or two at a time until you find which extension is causing the problem.

I have this issue on safari and my iPhone and iPad
I opened a ticket with Apple about this, it's a new security feature in Safari on iOS and MacOS. They haven't documented it yet-so I'm waiting for information from their engineering team on how it is triggered.
So far, it looks like it doesn't matter if it is HTTP or HTTPS.
Please post an update if you hear from Apple. We're experiencing the same issue.
