Any chance to unlock iCloud locked phone?

Hi all,

I received today my company phone. The previous employee gave it to me and it was ment to be restored by default, but when we turned it on, it was asking for the iCloud account to unlock it. The problem is that he can't remember the account information to unlock it completely. We've tried with different possible combinations to try to remember the password/ID, but nothing.

Any chance Apple can unlock it?
