Stuck in guided access iOS 10

I am stuck in recovery mode . When I triple click the home button the passcode screen pops up , but I can`t enter the passcode , it gives me no option enter my passcode

Tried recovery mode ( home button then connect to itunes )

Reset ( Home and Power Button at the same time )

Nothing works ? Any other advice perhaps ?
