New 13" MacBook Pro Display Looks Smaller

I just went to the store and placed the new 13" 2016 MacBook Pro right next to its older 13" sibling. Although advertises both devices to be 13.3" screens with the same 2560 X 1800 resolution, the new MacBook Pro screen actually looks smaller. Both computers have their resolution set to "Default for Display", but the default font sizes are smaller by 15-20%. Has anyone noticed this?

Thanks. But that option you mentioned allows you to change the font sizes for text that is displayed in the Finder window, and not the font size for the menubar. In fact, the only way to change menubar font size is to scale the entire display down using the "scaled" option in display settings and selecting a different screen resolution. As I mentioned both notebooks were set at "Default for Display," so in theory that would be 1280 X 800.
