Magical Moments Bundle

Good Afternoon all,


I have a new iphone7 running the latest ios10 version. And I'm having a strange problem charging it.


Using the charger and adapter that came with the device - plugged into a power outlet the device will charge to about 48% and stop charging. Turning the power off and on does not resolve it. Resetting the phone does not solve it. Using a different charger and adapter does not solve it. What does solve it is moving the charger to a new power socket. It then charges to 94% - never 100.


Looking at the diagnostics data on the phone - every time this occurs there is a low battery report created like this:

Every other device has no problems and my apartments electricity supply appears sufficient for every other device here. Its unusual behaviour and very irritating.
