Upgrade problem for FCPX

When I try to upgrade my Final Cut Pro, v10.1.1 (4+), I am told that I am ineligible (I'm not the owner, etc.). I have my original receipt for purchasing the software directly from Apple. Apple Support did not indicate how I can resolve the issue. Any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks, Geoff. The App Store does NOT list my FCP purchase!

I assume I downloaded the software in the normal way. I've been on the same Mac and had the same email address since way before this purchase.
