Canceling a subscription with Netflix but I forgot my email and pw. iTunes keep charging me.

How do I about canceling my subscription to Netflix. I did a free trial with Netflix for a month I canceled the subscription but iTunes/Apple keeps charging me

iPhone SE, iOS 10.1.1

You need to remember or find your id so that you can log into the account and check that you have turned off its renewal. Have you tried : If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support ? To reset an account's password : http://iforgot.apple.com


If you had turned the renewal off but the subscription still shows on the account's purchase history : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
