Tidal streaming on apple watch

Does anyone know if I can listen to Tidal music on a apple watch? I am wanting to purchase the new apple watch for running, but I do not use apple music. I know I would have to run with my phone as well, but I need to be able to control my music easily from my watch face. I can not find anything online regarding this. Can anyone help me? I live 5 hours away from a apple store and my local best buy didn't understand what I was asking.
