My Phone language has changed to Greek. How can I restore it to English?

I tried to add Greek to my iphone, so that I can toggle between it , English and Russian. But, I have ended up with a phone that uses Greek on the Desktop, in Settings etc. As I don't know Greek, I can't edit my Language settings to get back to English.
