can i connect two mac to one external hard drive ?

i have a areca thunderbolt hard drive ( ARC-8050T2 model )

how can i use two thunderbolt output for two mac device at the same time?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), macOS Sierra (10.12)

Unfortunately, this not possible. You can directly connect one and share it over the network via TCP/IP, but 2 different devices having direct access like that to a drive, is not possible.
