Quick Look fullscreen keyboard shortcut at macOS Sierra

Hi, I upgraded my Mac pro from El Capitan to Sierra today. Most things work fine, but the keyboard shortcut for Quick Look's fullscreen mode does not work.

I mean, when I choose a picture at finder and hit command-option-Y it shows at Quick look's full screen mode, but hit option-space it only shows normal Quick look which is same as hit space key only.

Option-space is one of my favorite keyboard shortcut. How can I get this at Sierra?

Mac Pro (Late 2013), macOS Sierra (10.12.1)

FWIW, option + space is still the assigned keyboard shortcut in Sierra.

Things to try…

1. a different keyboard.

2. a normal restart

3. boot into safe mode by holding the shift key down after the startup chime until the Apple logo shows. Test

Welcome. Seems a bit extreme for a shortcut issue.

Try resetting the SMC. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

Resetting SMC doesn't work too. I know it's a bit extreme way, but I did clean install and the problem(and other small issues) are fixed. I think something was messed up when upgrade OS or update apps.

Do you check Siri preferences?

Maybe after installing Siera Siri have took Option+Space shortcut?

I'm not sure because I don't use Siri at Mac. Now, I mean after reinstall MacOS Sierra, Siri's default shortcut is long click(press?) command and space.

I'm encountering the same thing. I created a new account and it worked fine there, so it's something settings related. But just deleting all preferences seemed to be insufficient to fix it. I'll update if I figure out a simple fix.

It was absolutely Siri for me. I guess I didn't turn it on in the new account. Siri's default Keyboard Shortcut is option-space (*** Apple?!). Changing it to fn-Space worked for me.

Surprisingly, clearing out my entire account folder wasn't sufficient to clear or change this.

Follow up to my follow up -- apparently Siri may be grabbing the option-space sequence even when Keyboard Shortcut is turned "Off" in the Siri preference pane. Turning off Siri entirely by unchecking Enable Siri allows me to use the shortcut again.

This is on the public beta of 10.12.2 (16C48b)
