SSH 6.7 not working with Kerberos on MacOSsierra

Hi,

I upgraded from Yosemite to Sierra and SSH got upgraded to v6.7. I tried to use kerberos but it seems not to work anymore. Lines like:

GSSAPITrustDns

don't seem to be supported. I asked here:

marc.info/?l=openssh-unix-dev&m=147850754710753&w=2

to the SSH developers and they told me you dropped some patch. So I have a few questions:

1. Why did you do it?

2. Is there a way for us to fix it?

3. Can you fix it? With a software update for instance, if so when can we expect it to happen?

Cheers
