so how can I download android apps onto my iPhone

I bought a few apps on an android device and I want to transfer than the iPhone without resetting my device or using APK

You can't use android apps on your iPhone. See if there are equivalents from the App Store.

If the developer of those apps offers an iOS version, you can buy it from the App Store. But you cannot transfer those apps to iOS since they were compiled to run under Android. And unless the developer chooses to allow it, you would need to purchase them anew for iOS.
