Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, I see that you are having trouble loading apps in the iOS App Store as expected, as well as downloading updates to apps you have installed. I'd be happy to help!
First, force close the App Store app following the instructions in this article: Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then, restart your iPhone, as detailed here: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
After the iPhone is back on, open the App Store app again and try to access and install your updates. If you continue to have trouble, the next suggestion I would make is to try a different network. I see from your screen shot you are currently using Wi-Fi; some apps require Wi-Fi to download, as do some updates, so I recommend trying another Wi-Fi network if possible. You may be able to install your updates over cellular data as well, though, so if you do not have access to another Wi-Fi network you can definitely try the updates over your carrier's network.
