Where didn't the ability to change individual app notification sounds go? I use numerous apps that now have different notification sounds than they did before the new iOS update. I can see where to turn on and off sounds or notifications, just find it disappointing that we can't choose the sounds we want for any notification, be it an apple app or a third party app.
Unless the specific app offers the ability to change notification sounds, then changing sounds for specific apps has never been supported. Some Apple specific apps such as mail and messages can be customized. But other than that, you're out of luck.
Thanks. I guess either the apps changed their tone or the ability to change it was removed. My gmail app I believe used to have the option to change its sound, now it is something different.
