The iPhone 7 uses the Murata 339S00199 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Module.
Has nothing to do with Intel or Qualcomm. Those are the modem chips (they connect your carrier's cell signal, not wifi)

All models are the same - http://www.apple.com/iphone-7/specs/
802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi‑Fi with MIMO
Hope this helps, best of luck to you.
Apple does not make a list of part manufacturers for devices publically available, so all we can go on are website teardowns and other information online.
Everything I can find from there says its a Murata chip.

Besides Broadcom was reportedly leaving the Wifi chip business last year so would have stopped making wifi chips.
The Wifi chip is the same in all models. What may change is the cellular modem. It can be Intel or Qualcomm, and you can tell by the model number printed on the back:
Modes 1660 and 1661 have the Qualcomm Chip, while models 1778 and 1784 have the Intel Chip.
Hi:
Do you happen to know who is the manufacturer of the Wifi module ? some says it's Murata but some says it's with Broadcom chips ?
Thx
How can I tell what WIFI chip is in my iPhone 7?
