How do I change the timer settings on my iwatch IOS3
I Now have three timer screens - 1 min, 3 mins, 5 mins and 10 mins - how do I change these?

Under the latest version of watchOS, upon launching the Timer app, you are offered a choice of 8 preset timers along with the option to set a custom timer (scroll down the screen to see the additional 4 preset durations and the Custom option).
For quicker access to the app, you can add the Timer complication to a supported watch face. The complication always defaults to the last duration for which you set a timer, so can be a handy way to access a frequently used custom option.
