Why does my iphone 7 regulatory are different than others?

Hey there i got my iphone from the AT&T store bout less than a month i might sound stupid or relevant for this question but my friends have the same regulations on their phone exept for me and i felt weird because iphones in the states have the same system and regulations as well these are my regulatory and mine have asian countries added up to it which is unusual

Which carrier do your friends have? There are 2 models of the iPhone 7, one for Sprint and Verizon in the US, and one that is world-wide for AT&T and T-Mobile in the US.

thanks for your reply i run an AT&T service and the model of my phone is A1778 but my friends regulatories in the settings are different than me those are my regulatories markings in the settings which are in the pictures i have attached to but this is not the usual american system may i see your regulatories in settings?
