Battery Problem

Hello everyone , i am having a problem with battery of iphone 5s , when i put it charging it go from 12% to 45 % and then I play with the phone until turned off by low battery but it dosent turn off when is 1% but when is 10 or sth like that . Another problem is that when i put the charger on , it opens for 1 sec and it's like 10-20% . I don't know what should i do .
(Iphone 5s , lasted IOS )

and with Iphone 5 Cable (and cable dose't work well , i have to find the postion of the cable to start charging ) D
