iphone 7 Plus - Call Failed

I have exact same fault in the uk using o2 network.

Has anyone found a fix to this fault? Please let me know.

I've had this call failed fault for many weeks, my iphone 7 has been replaced, 2 new SIM cards. Everything that's out there I've done.

Any help would be highly appreciated

I’m in the same boat. It is a constant problem. I call someone and then I says call failed before I get to speak to anyone. It even says call failed with someone I’m talking with. Also. When I text using either WhatsApp or iMessage. It won’t show the last message sent. It’ll show the 3rd to last message. Only. I can drag it down. I just force close it and then it works again. Thinking of ringing Apple support as I have paid for Apple care.

Same thing for me. I am using iOS 10.1.1 on the iPhone 7, and for no reason the call quality starts to deteriorate and I loose the conversation. The call timer still carries on, but I cannot hear and the person cannot hear me. Then the iPhone shows "call failed" or even "system failure". It happened 3 times in a single call once.

Anyone experiencing dropped calls using the latest software? I tried to do a full reformat of my phone but issue keeps coming in.

I have the exact same problem will now try some of the solutions on my iPhone 7...

I also have 0/5 signal strength is that the case for you too?

Same problem with my new iphone 7. Untill now i update ios but not fixed

The iPhone 7 is okay, it's Telstra fault.

It's calling perfectly on Optus.

I'm on the 3 network and mine does the same.

I also get a muffled noise when on the phone sometimes before the phone cuts the call.

Anybody found a solution?

I have the same problem, but I still could not find the solution (I tried literally everything). If somebody knows what to do please write the solution.
