How do I factory reset an SSD thats currently installed on my MBP early 2011?

Hello,

My main objective is I want to factory restore my crucial mx300 SSD so that I can install it to another computer. How do I do that in MBP? I want to install it to a windows laptop. Thanks in advance.

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.1)

It is not clear if you want to use it as an external drive with Windows or if you want to install Windows onto it. If you want to install Windows onto the drive you need to format the drive NTFS not ExFat. If you only want to use the drive as an external drive with Windows then also format it NTFS. If you want to use it as an external drive shared by OSX and Windows then ExFat will work. If you will be formatting the drive NTFS then format it with the Windows computer.
