trouble with apple pay in russia

Hello!

I bought my iPhone in USA (model MGAU2LL/A), but i live in Russia. I didn't have any problem with adding my debit card(my bank approve using debit cards for AP) in Wallet, but i have a problem with using Apple Pay in stores(pay terminals fully compaptible with NFC transactions and other people successful did their payments with AP), but this terminal do not want see my iPhone(literally there no reactions) and transaction didn't process.

I'm trying add my card to my wife's iPhone(this phone was bought in Russia and fully certified for Russian Federation), Apple Pay work perfect!

Is there any difference relate NFC module in devices for the US market and European market?

How i can solve my problem with using AP on US market iPhone model?

Or maybe i can not use this model iPhone for payment via AP in Russia?
