Can you turn off iPhone plus home screen rotate?

I have a iPhone 7 plus, I'm wondering how to make the home screen stop rotating.

I know you can swipe up from the bottom of the screen and access control center, and hit the lock rotation button. I also know that you can change the size of the things that are displayed on the phone by going to settings, display, view, and changing it from standard to zoomed. But I don't want to do that. That makes everything to big on my screen.

Is there another way that i can get the home screen to stop rotating (other then the two methods listed above)?
