I see you're having trouble accessing your Wallet cards and passes from the Lock Screen. Let's try a few things to configure this feature for you.
Go to Settings > Wallet > Double-Click Home Button should be On (green.)
Next, go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Wallet should be On as well.
Check these options in Settings, and take a second to open Wallet and make sure Wallet is set up and working on its own from the Home Screen as well.
