Exchange Apple Watch with no receipt four different color

I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you what Apple would decide (this is a user-based technical support community).

Apple's return policy applies to items that have been purchased directly from Apple, whether online or from an Apple Retail Store. If this is the case and you do not have the receipt, I suggest contacting your local store to ask whether you can exchange the watch:

If your Apple Watch was from purchased from another retailer, it must be returned in accordance with their own return and refund policy.

If it says you have coverage and the watch was purchased directly from Apple less than 14 days ago then you should be able to exchange it.
