How to connect iphone7 to an home stereo using a DAC

hi everybody!

I have an iphone 7 and I would like to connect it to my home stereo (the amplifier is a DENON PMA1500).

I think that a good solution could be to connect the iphone to a DAC converter with an RCA output.

However, I am not sure on how to connect the iphone to the DAC and which DAC could be suitable for the iPhone.

Can anybody help me?

Please, consider that I would like to spend less than 100 euro!

Thanks!!

Antonino

don't believe the iphone7 output a digital audio stream at all

the lightning bolt connector does not have a digital audio stream as such it's a serial digital general data interface

your best bet would be the ligthingbolt to analog 3.5minijack connector or a bluetooth speaker connector which has rca output there are tons of such devices I use one from belkin
