Hello Deborah,

There's no iTunes app available for Android, nor can an Android device be synced to iTunes on a computer.

I assume you want your iTunes library synced to your Android phone, and listen to those songs without using Google Music.

You can manually transfer your songs using a cable, or you could use Apple Music.

There's no iTunes syncing needed to transfer your library to an Android device when using a cable. Connect your Android to your computer and locate the music files.

On a PC, iTunes music files can be found under: PC > Music > iTunes > iTunes Media > Music.

On a Mac: Go > Home > Music > iTunes.

Copy and paste those files to your android music folder.

Afterwards, you can listen to the songs with any music player you want.

Instead of transferring your iTunes library, the easiest way is to join Apple Music. This is the competitor of Google Play Music. For more information: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205365

I already own an iPhone and iPad (that doesn't work very well) and I could have sworn I saw some iTunes to Android app or synching from Android back to iPhone.

I am thinking that this synch function is different from having the iTunes app on my Android. Is there a way to go through Google somehow, a stretch I know.

Did I dream this scenario or is it reality based? FYI. I hate Google music....Hence my condundrum

Thanks for any guidance

Deborah
