My Apple Watch keeps announcing the time can I cut it off? If so how?

Every time I move my arm it keeps announcing the time. I have placed the phone on silent mode and it still keeps doing it!!! It's very annoying!!! It didn't start until I did the last update. Can anyone help me cut it off?

Hi

To stop your Apple Watch from announcing the time when you raise your wrist:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver:

Turn off VoiceOver (the main setting at the top).
Turn off Speak on Wrist Raise (further down).

To help prevent accidentally enabling VoiceOver again:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut:

If a check mark is shown against VoiceOver, deselect it / remove the check mark.
