Mac Mini A1176 Not Booting.

So recently I purchased a Mac Mini A1176 1.5GHz Core Solo 2nd hand and I ran into a problem.

The Mac Mini was running normally before I bought it from the seller. After discovering that it will not power up, I've been in touch with the seller and he was with me working out the problem.

When we turn on the Mac Mini, all we are getting is a solid White LED Indicator, exhaust fan running at a low RPM with no chime, no harddisk / optical drive movements.

I have wiped and reinstalled the OS X on another Mac System and it is still doing the same thing! White LED and exhaust fan running only.

I've tried NVRAM / PRAM reset, SMC reset and went to as far to take the Mac Mini apart and have a look inside. Nothing was odd.

Anyone knows?

Hope I'm don't hear the worst which is the motherboard died.
