Apple TV (2nd gen) & Flickr Photostream as screensaver

I have multiple Apple TVs in a large gathering area at a church. I use the Flickr Photostream as a screensaver, weekly uploading to photo stream the images we want scrolling. I delete old images I do not want scrolling. Two of the three Apple TVs work fine. Each time the Apple TVs are turned on, they access the Flickr Photostream and only display the images that currently in the stream. One of the Apple TVs, however, continues to load images from its internal cache and display old images WITH the new images it loads each week (which ruins this functionality for me...I need only the images that are currently in Flickr's Photostream to display).

I have reset all settings, and even restored the Apple TV, going through the process of re-entering my Flickr login info, and building the whole thing up from scratch - and still, this one Apple TV unit does the same thing.

Does anyone know how to force the thing to ONLY pull current images from Flickr's Photostream for the screensaver? The other two Apple TV units I have are functioning exactly as they should. Absolutely confused as to why this one pulls old images from cache and combines them with the new images loading from the Flickr Photostrea
