How can I activate Hotspot in iPhone 5S
I am not able to find the hotspot in iphone 5S. Kindly help me.

If your service provider allows for it, it should be in Settings under Cellular. In settings, go to Cellular - Cellular Data Options - Cellular Data Network. Then, under the Personal Hotspot section, type in a username/(optional) password. Now, there should be a new Personal Hotspot tab in Cellular - Cellular Data Options. In there, you can turn on your personal hotspot.
