Greetings reginaldfromwattle grove,

I see that the Photos app shuts down while you're uploading a photo book. This usually happens when the upload gets near 80%. I definitely want to make sure that you can complete the upload of your photo book. I have something for you to try.

If you don't get an order number after you upload your files to Apple servers, your files might not have uploaded correctly. Please make sure that you have checked the following:

1. If you've turned on any firewall or network security software, let iPhoto access ports 80 and 443 or turn the software off temporarily.
2. Temporarily turn off any third-party antivirus or system cleanup apps, such as MacKeeper. These apps can interfere with ordering from Photos.
3. Make sure you have enough bandwidth to complete the order. You need a bandwidth speed of about 1.5 megabits per second (Mbit/s) so the order process won't time out.

Let us know if this helps.

Have an amazing day!
