Apple Music 'Add' Button

I've done a good search on trying to fix my problem, but haven't been able to find anything out.

I'm using a MacBook Pro Computer, iPhone 6, and (on Mac)iTunes 12.5.1.21

Problem:

So I recently paid to have Apple Music and everything is working just fine. My iPhone is connected to my computer, and so when I 'Add' an album on the computer it won't download it and it will put a cloud symbol next to the songs in my iTunes Library(which is what I want), but it downloads the whole album on my iPhone(which I don't want to happen).

Is there a setting for this to not happen? Is there a setting on the iPhone for when you 'Add' an album it won't download the song, but it will keep it in my library with the cloud symbol next to it (like it does on my Computer).

I hope I explained my problem correctly.
