My ClamXav found 2 "viruses" on my mac, both are CVE-2016-7204-1, what should I do now?

That is the directory. Is it safe for me to delete it? Or quarantine it?

You can just ignore it. It applies to Windows Edge browser and won't affect Safari or any other Mac browser.

Empty the cache in Safari.

Those reports are useless as is the software that created them.

Cache files can always be safely deleted. They are just records of pages you have visited, saved to speed things up should you need to revisit the site.
