How to repair my Iphone in Brazil

My wife’s Iphone and mine have been presenting problems in WiFi connection and Battery life. We both have Iphone 5 (still with guarantee) and use them for work together with our other Apple products.
I called the local support and they told me I should get real technical support.
I tried to schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar in São Paulo, but it was impossible, as the online form didn’t present any available times for the week (it only schedules a week in advanced).
I tried to do it every day for the last week, maybe some time frees, but nothing, no available times.
I tried an independent authorized technical support company, but they told me I would need to leave my iPhone for check in store and it would take them some (3-5) days. (this is not an option, as I need my iPhone for work).
I went to the Genius Bar store in Morumbi Shopping, but the attendance told me I should arrive to the store 2-3 hours before the opening to get in line and if I were lucky, I could get attendant after some hours of waiting the same day. Obviously it doesn’t make sense nor to leave my iPhone for a few days in the store, nor to spend a whole day waiting in line to get service.
My wife is pregnant, and no preferential line was offered.
So, now I have 2 not working well iPhones and no possibility to fix them.
And I wonder, what should I do in order to get my guaranteed service?
