Is there a way to checkmark a selected group of checkbox fields?

Hi Bruce,

So how does this workflow (using SG's example):

  1. Click cell B2 to select it.
  2. Click cell B4 to select it.
  3. Click cell B6 to select it.
  4. Press 1 to set the selected cells to TRUE (checked).

improve on this workflow:

  1. Click the checkbox in B2 to check it.
  2. Click the checkbox in B4 to check it.
  3. Click the checkbox in B6 to check it.

Just curious.

Regards,

Barry

Thanks for the green check, and for the interesting question! I'm not quite sure exactly how I stumbled on this (apparently) undocumented feature, but I selected non-contiguous cells (by holding down the command key and clicking individual cells) and then experimented with different keys, trying 1 first because I knew it sometimes stands for TRUE and that a checked Checkbox is also TRUE. To my surprise hitting the 1 did the trick! Then I thought, 0 sometimes stands for FALSE, and sure enough... Anyway, it's nice to have this handy way to toggle multiple Checkboxes on and off.
