Update Server Not Found In Windows

I have iTunes version 12.5.3.17 on a Windows 7 64-Bit system. Since yesterday while running Apple Software Update I received the message "Apple Update Server could not be found." However, iTunes when open will show no updates available when opened. Why doesn't Apple Software Update work? I am sure by opening my security program that Kaspersky allows it to connect; so that is not the problem. Unable to fix this myself, I took a screenshot of when the Update does not work. There is no Quick Time Player in this system.

Quick Time-OTHER, Windows 7, Also Have XP
