Airport time capsule open port

Hello,

i'm trying to open the port 123 UDP and 1230 UDP on my Airport Time Capsule,

i create the rule in the network but the ports are closed, i must check other options?

In the DHCP reservation i set the mac address and in the port i create the rule with the same address.

Thanks

The only way to check the Mac is if you can access the application in the local network.. if so then it works.

You check the port forwarding by using external connection using whatever app it is you are trying to connect. Often the easiest way to do this is using a tethered phone on a laptop and run the application over the internet to your main router.

We also need to see that the TC is the only router in the network and you have a public IP on the WAN interface.. it appears you may not. If the TC is showing Double NAT the port forwards will not work.
