Having trouble updating a shopkins app on my daughter's iPad mini.. it's the only game that won't update and I can't delete it..

Try tapping the app, it might be paused.
If it is not, restart your device and try again.
Here is one thing that you can try: Go to settings on your iPad, then click General, then Storage, then click Manage Storage, under this section you will see all the apps that are install on your iPad, find the one that is giving you trouble and click on it, after clicking on it, it will give you the option to delete, so delete and redownload if you need it again..
