Lost iPhone
I had lost my iphone, i set it lost mode, currently my phone is offline. is there any way that I could find back my phone ? if someone took it, will they able to unlock it? what can I do?

When you select to place your iPhone into Lost Mode whilst it is offline, the action will take effect the next time your iPhone is online.

How about the credit no on apple pay?
It is not possible to track your iPhone via the IMEI or serial number. It can only be tracked and located via Find My iPhone.
Placing your iPhone into Lost Mode also suspends or removes your cards from Apple Pay, even if your iPhone is offline and not connected to a cellular or Wi-Fi network. You can also call your card issuer to suspend or remove your cards from Apple Pay.
Be sure to follow all of the steps in the support article, including reporting the loss to the police.

I can't remove my credit card cause i dont have the my phone with me :(
Placing your iPhone into Lost Mode - which you explained you have done - suspends or removes cards from Apple Pay on your iPhone. It will not hurt to also call your card issuer whenever it is next possible or convenient to do so.
